     Supporting document required with application

Please attach following documents along with the application form.

1. Attested copy of birth certificate
2. For class II and above, previous 3 years report cards.
3. For class II and above, Transfer Certificate to be produced at the time of admission. The Transfer Certificate should be counter signed by the education officer.
4. Visiting/ Business Cards of parents.
5. Passport size photographs 5 copies of student and 2 copies of each parent. 

On being granted admission, the following documents are to be submitted at the Administration office.

1. Original date of Birth (issued by the Municipal Corporation or any other authorized competent Authority) for verification.
2. Proof of Identity of both the parents (Voter Id Card / Aadhaar Card / PAN Card, Passport).
3. Child’s Immunization Card.
4. Documented Blood group certificate from any authorized lab
5. Central Government Employees should attach a letter of Employment from the Competent Authority.
